OpenKM is a multiplatform application for document management based on open technology (JBoss + GWT + Jackrabbit). Thanks to its elegant and intuitive interface, OpenKM transforms complex operations into easy tasks. It allows the storage, classification and use of all kind of files and documents within an user friendly framework. Thanks to its design, OpenKM adapts to the necessities of companies of any importance and size. It allows to manage small as well as huge amounts of documents, to classify them and to manage their accessibility. OpenKM allows to centralize all company's information in a single access point, guarantying the security of the data. In this way, only authorized users can have access to specific data. At the same time, it provides a complete audit service. OpenKM is a Web 2.0 application that works with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Opera. In addition, periodic backups avoid information losses. This new version entails the following improvements: workflow (jBMP), a dashboard with information on the repository activities, push services (consults programmed by the user), support for WebDAV, download documents converted to PDF, information on the repository space used by the user, preview of videos and images, web administration, new languages, and the insertion of any document format (configurable), as well as the possibility of a default language. Default SQL clauses now join tables using both the partition_tag and the mail_id fields, meeting needs for MySQL database partitioning. A data type mismatch between SQL tables was fixed in README.sql-mysql. Bounce-killer's false positives are now avoided in multipart/mixed messages with an attached mail message. Privileges were dropped too early when chrooting, causing chroot to fail. Access to uninitialized data in amavis-milter was fixed. An new placeholder allows organizing a quarantine by week number. A do_ascii decoder was disabled in the default list. The use of my_require was reverted.
